摘要
目的:探讨经输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管下段结石的护理特点。方法:采用直接进镜法对36例输尿管下段结石患者进行经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石和取石治疗及护理。结果:36例患者经输尿管镜成功取出结石32例,成功率为90%;36例患者都出现不同程度的血尿,肾绞痛5例,均在保守治疗或留置双“J”管后缓解消失。结论:输尿管镜取石及气压弹道碎石术,是治疗输尿管下段结石的重要手段,术后留置输尿管导管或双“J”管,同时加强术中及术后并发症的预防及护理,可提高取石成功率,减少并发症的发生。
Objetive: To explore the nursing of pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteropyeloscopy for the treatment of lower ureteral calculi.Method:The data of 36 cases of URSL for lower ureteral calculi were retrospectively analied. Result:Among the 36 cases ,32 cases were treated successfully. The whole successful rate was 90%. Nearly all cases with different degree hematuria and 5 cases with nephric angina were alleciated after conservative therepy and double “J” stents. Conclusion:The URSL is an important method in treatment of lower ureteral calculi .It can increase success rates and decrease complication to stent uriterric or double “J” after operation and to strengthen prevention and nursing of complication in and after operation.
