摘要
介绍了采用水溶性芯模的一次共固化技术制造带帽形加强筋的复合材料制件的工艺路线及效果。所采用的材料为可零吸胶的T700/5429预浸料,为提高R区抗剥离能力,分别采用不同的填角方式。结果表明:采用这种工艺可以较好地解决帽形复合材料构件固化后脱模问题,制件外形准确,内部质量良好,适当的填角方式可以极大地提高帽形结构R区的抗剥离能力。
A series of composites hollow-structure parts are manufactured by using one-shot co-curing technology with water dispersible core and its effect is evaluated.Using zero bleeding T700/5429 prepreg,different filling types for R-zone of hollow-structure are applied to strengthen peel load.The result is proved that this technology can resolve properly release of mold.The parts have good appearance and interior quality.A proper filling scheme can raise peel load of R-zone of hollow-structure.
