摘要
新一代的气象卫星是自旋稳定同步卫星,其太阳电池壳既是卫星结构本体,又是太阳电池阵硅片载体,该壳是一个大、轻型蜂窝夹层结构件。本报告将工艺试验、试验件的试制工作进行了总结,详细介绍了结构形式及主要设计指标、选材、成型工艺方案考虑、工艺过程中解决的技术难题。
The solar array cylinder is not only the structural body for a new-generation meteorological satellite with self-revolving stability and synchronism but also the carrier for solar array silicon sheets.lt is a large dimension and light weight type sandwich structure.The processing test and sample development is reported.Structure forms,main design parameters,materials selection,consideration of processing options,technical knots solved during processing and conclusion are described in detail.
