摘要
在对金属模具、气囊模具及水溶性模具等三种复杂型面整体成型模具成型方案和成型工艺优缺点进行归纳总结的基础上,确定了采用水溶性成型模具作为研制阶段复合材料进气道的模具设计方案,并据此制定了进气道产品的成型工艺方案,根据上述两个方案成功完成了进气道物理样机制造并满足了产品设计技术要求,同时为封闭结构、复杂型面复合材料产品整体成型技术提供了一定的参考。
In this thesis, metal mould plan, balloon mould plan and water-solubility mould plan were researched. Based on the research, the complex surface composite mould-designing technology and forming process plan were studied, then the water-solubility mould plan was determined as the only plan to form the complex surface composite inlet duct, and the forming process plan was developed. Based on these two plans, the inlet duct had been made and it had met the product design requirement. At last, the mould-designing and the forming process plan gave an reference on complex surface composite product forming.
