摘要
采用具有良好韧性的聚乙烯醇(PVA)和良好水溶性的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)混合溶液作为胶黏剂,以石英砂作为填料,经过高温烘干工艺制备了一种低成本易成型的水溶性芯模。该芯模既能满足树脂基复合材料成型时的温度要求,又能在复合材料成型完成后进行水溶脱除。主要研究了水溶性芯模材料的组成、制备工艺与成型收缩率、耐温性、加工性等相关性能,并对水溶性芯模材料的水溶性作了评价和表征。
Taking mixture aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol( PVA) with good toughness and polyvinylpyrrolidone( PVP) with good water solubility as adhesive,quartz sand as filler,a low-cost,easyto-form water soluble core mold was prepared by drying process at high temperature. This core mold could meet the temperature requirements of the polymer matrix composites and also be removed from cured composite parts. The influences of composition and fabrication process on its shrinkage,the heat resistance,processing performance and related capability were investigated in detail. And the solubility of water soluble core was evaluated and characterized.
