总结了八年制医学生作为泌尿外科标准化病人的培训和应用情况。从撰写培训素材、培训步骤、标准化病人的评估等几个方面,较为详细地描述了泌尿外科疾病SP志愿者的培训方法。参与标准化病人扮演的学生普遍反映标准化病人的培训过程利于他们更好地与患者沟通。
The paper summarized training and application of 8-year medical students as urological standardized patients (SPs). We described the training methods of SP in detail, including scenario setting, training steps and evaluation of SPs. All the participating students believed that the training procedure as SPs would help them communicate with their patients.
