摘要
标准化病人(SP)在妇产科临床教学中的应用在我国尚处于起步阶段。妇产科临床见习实习是医学教学的难点。SP能有助于缓解临床教学中存在的教学资源不足、病人不配合、学员积极性不高等问题。从实际教学条件出发,讲述了妇产科SP的培训方法,分析了SP在妇产科临床教学中的优势,有利于我们逐步运用SP开展临床教学活动。
Application of standardized patients （SP） in the clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology is still in its infancy in China. Chnical novitiate practice and trainee internship of obstetrics and gynecology is the difficulty of medical teaching. SP can he helpful to solving many problems during clinical teaching, such as limited patient cases, uncooperative patients and students＇ low enthusiasm. From the actual teach- ing conditions, SP training methods of obstetrics and gynecology is narrated and the advantage of SP in the clinical teaching is analyzed, which will help us to gradually use the SP conducting clinical teaching activities.
