摘要
总结了中山大学附属第一医院目前妇产科问诊标准化病人的培训和临床教学应用情况。该院自2006年开始培训妇产科问诊标准化病人(SP)并建立标准化病人库,且应用在临床教学中,对医学生进行考核评估,取得了良好结果,结果证实妇产科问诊标准化病人的应用提高了医学生对妇产科疾病的临床分析能力,增强了与病人的沟通能力。
The purpose of this article is to summarize the present situation of the interview standardized patient training and clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital. Our department has begun to train the interview standardized patients and con- structed a standardized patient database since 2006. Standardized patients have been used in teaching medical students and evalua- ting their clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology, which achieved satisfactory results. The use of standardized patients for interview can improve students＇ clinical ability to analyze obstetric and gynecological diseases and their communication skills.
