摘要
通过对应用层通信软件的可靠性分析,建立了可靠性模型的串联模型,并对各项指标进行了选择与分配。针对PLC/MCS(Movement Control System)通信程序采用的可靠性分配中的等分配法进行模块的可靠度预分配。继而采用评分法中的可靠性预计和重新分配方法,计算出各模块的可靠度。最后采用J-M模型对应用层通信软件进行了可靠性分析与计算,结果表明应用层通信软件的可靠度达到预定0.9的要求。
Through reliability analysis of application layer communication software, the reliability series model is established, and every target and index is selected and distributed. Aiming at PLC/MCS the equal distribution modules reliability is beforehand distributed that in communication procedure reliability distribution. Reliability forecast and redistribution means in equilibration distribution were adopted to calculate the reliability of the module. Finally using J-M model of application layer communication software reliability was analyzed and calculated; the results showed that the application layer of the software reliability requirements is expected.
