摘要
运用FMEA的原理,建立金川龙首矿充填系统失效风险评价模型。引入层次分析法与模糊综合评判方法,综合考虑子系统间的相互作用,并对其对进行定性和定量地分析,最终找到充填系统的薄弱环节。结果表明:在金川龙首矿充填系统的三大系统中,制浆系统与管道输送系统的失效概率较大;在子系统中,搅拌系统、立式砂仓、管道输送系统(竖直管道、水平管道)和充填挡墙更容易失效。
Based on principles of the FMEA(failure modes and effect analysis),the failure risk assessment model of the filling system of Longshou Mine in Jinchuan was established.This thesis employed the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive judgement method.The interaction of subsystems was comprehensively considered,which was analysed qualitatively and quantitatively.Finally,the weak links in the filling system was found.Major findings are as follows: among the three systems of the filling system of Longshou Mine in Jinchuan,the pulping system and the transportation system have a higher failure probability;among the subsystems,the mixing system,the vertical sand tank,the pipeline transportation system(vertical pipe and horizontal pipe) and the filling retaining wall are more likely to fail.
