摘要
本文对软件可靠性的著名模型－ＪＭ模型进行了研究，给出了这个模型中参数的最大似然估计存在的充要条件，并给出了软件可靠性的精确置信下限及其计算方法．
In this paper, we discuss Jelinski-Moranda model- a famous model for software reliability. A necessary and sufficient condition has been given for existence of the maximum likelihood estimators of the parameters in the model. For the software reliability, we have given not only a scientific definition,but also the exact lower confidence limit and it's computational method.
