摘要
在传统故障分析方法的基础上,增加了测试性和维修性两个重要影响因素,并结合模糊数学的理论对数控机床故障模式危害度进行了多因素模糊综合评价分析。拓展了对传统危害度分析的影响因素,提出了一种由底事件逐级向上将定性的故障问题定量化处理的新方法,使故障分析问题变得更加科学、合理。
Based on the traditional failure analysis method,two important factors-Test and Maintainability were increased.And the failure mode criticality of CNC machines was analyzed by fuzzy synthetic assessment in factors combining with fuzzy mathematic.Thus the influence factors of traditional criticality analysis were expanded.A new method was carried out to process the qualitative problem of analyzing criticality with quantitative method from the bottom up step by step.It makes the questions of fault analysis more and more scientific and reasonable.
