摘要
以往对钻往横向振动的研究大都是将钻柱假设为两端铰支的简文梁,而没有考虑扶正器的作用。基于此,采用连续梁钻柱模型,推导出扶正器作用下的钻柱横向振动的频率方程和振型函数的精确解析式。所得公式对轴向受压钻柱、轴向受拉钻柱、无轴向力钻柱和有任意个扶正器及考虑钻柱自重等各种情况都适用。比较了连续梁钻柱模型和简支梁钻柱模型在固有频率和振型等方面的不同。通过实例分析,说明了扶正器数目越多,轴向压力对固有频率的影响越小,钻柱失稳临界压力就越大,即稳定性就越好。
In consideration of the effect of stabilizers, the frequency eqUations and precise ana1ytical explession of vibrationInod function of the drill stem are derived hy using the medel of continuous beam. The formulars can be applied to anyuniform drillstring with any number of stabilizers and with any axial foree, either tensile or compressive force or the weightof driilitring. The difference between the medel of continuous beaxn and the medel of simply supported beam in the natu-ral mpency and the vibrahon mode is analyzed. Examle of analysis shows that, the more the number of the stabilizers,the less the influence of the allal compressive force on the natural frequency of the drill stem, the larger the critical com-pressive force causing the unstability of the drill stem, i. e. the better the stability of the drill stem.
