摘要
综合考虑钻压、井斜角、芯轴重力、钻井液作用、芯轴自转和涡动角速度、芯轴结构和材料参数等因素的影响,提出了动态条件下三翼肋静态偏置位移式旋转导向工具驱动芯轴刚度和疲劳强度设计方法;分析评价了基本参数和优化参数工况下芯轴的刚度和疲劳安全性。本文研究成果可为旋转导向工具驱动芯轴的设计、优化以及安全钻进参数的选取提供参考。
The design method of stiffness and fatigue strength of three-pad static bias displacement RST on rotating drive shaft has been proposed by considering the influences of WOB,deviation angle,gravity of shaft,drilling fluids,rotating and whirling angle velocity of shaft and structural and material parameters.Comparative analysis on safety factor of stiffness and fatigue between basic and optimum parameters of drive shaft are carried out.This study can provide reference on the design and optimization of drive shaft and the selection of drilling parameters for safety.
