摘要
读者权利研究是近年来图书馆研究领域颇为关注的问题,并取得了积极的研究成果。但是这些研究成果侧重于理论方面的研究,而忽视了对具体实例方面的探讨。以图书馆工作中遇到的具体实例为研究材料,探讨读者权利的保障问题,将对理论研究和相关法律法规的制定有所裨益。
The research on readers＇ rights is a concerned field in the librarianship in the recent years and has achieved positive research results. However, the research focuses on the theoretical research, and neglects the research of specific examples. In this paper, the safeguard for readers＇ rights has been discussed through three examples, in order to be beneficial for the theoretical research and the formulation of relevant laws.
