摘要
从法制的视野认识读者的权益 ,剖析图书馆服务中存在的“违权”、“违法”的问题 ,提出实现与保障读者权利的基本对策。
The paper analyzes the rights and interests of readers from vision of legal system. The author points out the questions that result from disobeying rights and break the law in serving, and also puts forward a countermeasure how to realize and ensure the basic rights of readers.
