摘要
从法哲学的角度看,读者权利建立在国家经济、法律规范、道德准则、社会心理四个重要基础之上;对读者权利的形态(包括静态形态和动态形态)、读者权利的保障、读者权利的限制及读者权利的社会心理保证等权利现象的分析,从多维的角度揭示了读者权利实质性内涵,反映了读者权利各基础之间以及各基础与读者权利之间的对立统一关系。
According to the philosophy of law,library users' legal right are based on four factors such as national economy,legal principles,moral standards and social psychology.The paper analyses both the static and dynamic forms of library users' legal right and the protection,restriction and social psychological guarantee of the right.They represent the connotation of library users' legal right and indi- cate the interaction among the factors and between the factors and the concept of library users' legal right.
