摘要
文章通过对我国高校图书馆与国外数据库商签订的购买协议进行分析,揭示了目前高校图书馆对国外数据库资源长期保存权利的现状,讨论了高校图书馆对数据库资源长期保存的必要性和可行性,并对高校图书馆数据库资源长期保存提出了相关建议。
This article analyzes the purchase contracts that the university libraries in China have signed with the foreign database vendors, reveals the current status of the long-term preservation right of the current university libraries in China on foreign databases and discusses the necessity and feasibility of the university libraries＇ long-term preservation of databases. It also proposes some related suggestions for the long-term preservation of the database resources in the university libraries.
