摘要
采用常规脉冲伏安法和线形扫描伏安法在不锈钢电极表面制备纳米纤维状聚苯胺膜。红外光谱分析表明,不同电化学方法对聚苯胺的化学结构没有明显影响。扫描电子显微镜及X射线衍射分析表明,与采用线形扫描伏安法相比,常规脉冲伏安法制备的聚苯胺膜呈现较为均匀的纳米纤维结构,且结晶度更高。电化学分析表明,不同方法制备的聚苯胺膜都可提高不锈钢表面的防腐性能。
The nano-fibrous polyaniline film can be deposited on stainless steel by normal pulse vohammetry and linear sweep voltammetry. Infrared spectral analysis showed that the different electrochemical methods had no obvious effects on the chemical structure of polyaniline. Scanning electron microscopy analysis showed that the polyaniline films prepared by different electrochemical method had different morphologies. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the different electrochemical methods had a certain extent effects on crystal structure of polyaniline. Tafel curve analysis showed that polyaniline films on stainless steel surface increased the anticorrosion properties of stainless steel.
