摘要
研究了温度对化学氧化法合成HCl掺杂聚苯胺(PANI-HCl)结构与性能的影响,利用四探针电导率测量法、FTIR、Uv-Vis、XRD等对产物进行表征。结果表明,反应温度升高,聚苯胺的结晶度随合成温度升高而提高,结晶性能变好,当反应温度40℃时,2θ=21.04°处出现明显衍射峰。PANI-HCl的电导率在半导体范围,20℃时具有较高的电导率0.54S/cm。
Effect of temperature on the chemical oxidation polymerization reaction of polyaniline doped with hydrochloride acid (PANI-HCl) was studied. The four pore method, FT-IR and UV-Vis were used to investigate the structure and properties of PANI-HCl. The results showed that crystallinity of PANI-HCl enhanced with increasing polymerization temperature. When polymerization temperature reached 40℃, X-ray diffraction peak appeared obviously at 20 = 21.04°. The molecular weight of PANI-HCl reduced with increasing temperature. The conductivity of PANI-HCl was at the range of semiconductor, and it reached 0. 54 S/cm when temperature was 20℃.
