摘要
目的:探讨AgNOR图像定量分析对角结膜缘上皮良、恶性病变的鉴别诊断价值。方法:应用真彩色图像分析技术对角结膜缘上皮良、恶性病变(其中上皮增生19例,不典型增生6例,原位癌14例,鳞状细胞癌12例)细胞核内AgNOR进行了定量测定。结果:在不同的病变中,细胞核内AgNOR颗粒的分布形态、大小及所占平均面积均存在明显差异,且与病变的良、恶性及细胞的分化程度有密切关系。结论:提示AgNOR图像定量分析对角结膜缘上皮良、恶性病变的鉴别诊断。
Purpose To assess the diagnostic value of the AgNOR quantitative analysis in the differentiation between limbus epithelial benign and malignant lesions. Methods The AgNOR of 51 cases of limbus epithelial benign and malignant lesions, including 19 epithelial hyperplasia,6 epithelial dysplasia, 14 carcinomas in situ and 12 squamous carcinomas was quantitatively studied with the real color image analysis technique. Results In various lesions, there were the significant differences in the distributive pattern, size and mean area of AgNOR granules, which were closely related to the nature of the neoplasms (benign or malignant) and their cell differentiation. Conclusion The AgNOR quantitative analysis on limbus epithelial neoplasms may be a good indicator not only in the differential diagnosis, but also in indicating the proliferative activity and cell differentiation of limbus epithelial benign and malignant lesions
