摘要
目的:比较口腔粘膜癌变过程中核仁组织区(NOR)的变化及与癌变趋势的关系。方法:选取人正常及不同病变的口腔粘膜,采用胶体银染色法检测NOR,分析AgNOR的位置形态和AgNOR颗粒面积与核面积的比值。结果:正常口腔粘膜Ag-NOR颗粒主要见于上皮基底层,形态学分型为单一型;重度上皮异常增生以聚集型为主,部分为弥散型;口腔鳞状细胞癌主要为聚集型,部分为核仁内型。随着病变程度和异常增生程度加重,AgNOR颗粒面积与细胞核面积比值增加。结论:AgNOR表达在口腔粘膜癌变过程中逐渐增强。
Objective: To study the relation between nucleolar oryanizer regions (NOR) and the trend of carcinomatous changes during oral carcinogenesis. Methods: 6 normal human oral mucosa, 6 simple hyperplasia, 22 dysplasia,and and 7 oral squamous cell carcinoma cases were tested with the method of silver staining for the expression of NOR. Results: AgNOR was found to locate in the basal cell layer of normal mucosa, mainly in a single form. Most of the severe dysplasia express AgNOR in an aggregated form and some express AgNOR in a diffuse form.In most of the squamous cell carcinoma expressed AgNOR in aggregated form and some in inter-nucleolus form. Conclusion:The expression of AgNOR increases gradually during oral carcinogenesis.
