摘要
报告7例因肿瘤化疗药物外溢致皮肤及皮下软组织发生坏死，形成溃疡。7例中男4例，女3例。年龄36～74岁。溃疡部位：右下腹1例，手背6例。溃疡面积：最大6cm×4．5cm，最小1cm×1cm。病程23天一3年5个月不等。经用MEBO治疗后，12一33天治愈。文中对MEBO的独特功能作简要讨论。
7 cases of subcutaneous tissue necrosis and ulcers caused by spilling of drugs dur-ing injection in tumour chemotherapy were treated with MEBO.Among the patients, 4 weremales and 3 females, 31 to 74 years old. 1 case had ulcer in right lower abdomen, 6 cases in dorsum of hand. The largest area was 6cm ×4. 5cm and the smallest 1cm ×1cm. The course of thedisease varied from 23 days to 3 years. All the patients healed in l2 to 33 days. The author madea discussion on the effect of MEBO for healing ulcers.
