摘要
北京光明中医烧伤创疡研究所生产的MEBO与其它的抗菌药不同，能保护伤口的正常菌群生长，并利用药物的亲脂性，可以较好的保护伤口不受外界环境的刺激，当药物与伤口渗出物混合即失去亲脂能力，形成白色液体自动离开创面。MEBO具有抗酸败，抗皂化作用，可以促使坏死组织液化，促进正常结缔组织修复伤口。MEBO对创面刺激性小，无毒副作用。鉴于MEBO的药理作用，我们试用该药涂擦伤口治疗皮肤溃烂，并与外敷抗菌素治疗皮肤溃烂进行了对照，观察。
MEBO differs from other antibacterial drugs. Itdoes not kill normal flora around the wound. MEBOhas lipophilic property which enables it to protect thewound from irritations. When MEBO is mixed with theexudate from the wound, it is no longer lipophilic andturns into a white liquid to be removed spontaneouslyfrom the wound. MEBO has antirancid and antis-aponification effects. It facilitates liquefaction of thenecrotic tissue and promotes healing of the wound.MEBO is non-irritative and has no adverse effect.28 patients with dermal erosion and ulcer weretreated with MEBO. All the patients healed. The re-sults were very satisfactory. MEBO is superior to oth-er antibiotics for treating disease of the like.
