摘要
目的:通过总结1044例,应用MEBO治疗体表溃疡的患者,共计体表溃疡创面1283个,探讨MEBO治疗各种原因所致皮肤溃疡的疗效。方法:1283个溃疡创面,共分为5组进行治疗。应用MEBO治疗者1130个(MEBO治疗组);应用抗生素+植皮治疗者77个(抗生素组);应用CQ-BS7特定电磁波谱治疗仪(TDP)治疗者40个(CQ-BS7治疗组);应用红油膏治疗者26个(红油膏治疗组);应用庆大霉素或雷夫奴尔治疗者10个(传统治疗组)。对5组患者进行对比,总结。结果:采用MEBO治疗的1130个创面中973个创面痊愈,有效率达99％;采用抗生素+植皮治疗的52个创面痊愈,有效率为83％;采用红油膏治疗的12个创面痊愈,有效率为88％;采用CQ-BS7特定电磁波谱治疗仪(TDP)治疗的15个创面痊愈,有效率为60％;传统疗法治疗的患者无一例痊愈,显效创面2个,好转创面3个,有效率为50％。且应用MEBO治疗的患者,治愈时间明显短于其它四组。结论:从总结的结果不难看出,MEBO对各种原因所致的皮肤溃疡均有较好的效果。具有减少并发症的发生、缩短创面愈合时间和减少瘢痕形成的优点,且用法简便、无感染、无痛苦,值得广泛推广和应用。
Objective： In order to explore the efficacy of MEBO in treating skin ulcers of various causes, a summary of 27 research papers, dealing with treatment of 1283 cases of surface ulcers was made. Method： 1283 patients were divided into 5 groups. 1130 cases were treated with MEBO （ MEBO group）, 77 cases were treated with antibiotic ＋ skin grafting （antibiotic group）, 44 cases were treated with CQ - BS7 specific electromagnetic spectrum treatment device （TDP） （CQ - BS7 group）, 26 cases were treated with Hong You Ointment （ Hong You Ointment group）, and 10 cases were treated with Gentamicin or Rivanol （conventional treatment group）. The results of the 5 groups were compared. Result： In MEBO group, 973 cases were cured and the effective rate was 99%. In antibiotic ＋ skin grafting treatment group, 52 cases were cured and the effective rate was 83%. In Hong You ointment group, 12 cases were cured and the effective rote was 88%. In CQ - BS7 group, 15 cases were cured and the effective rate was 60%. In conventional treatment group, none were cured, 2 cases were markedly improved and 3 cases turned better and the effective rate was 50%. In MEBO group, wound healing time was significantly shortened, as compared with that in the other 4 groups. Conclusion： Obviously, MEBO is efficacious in treating skin ulcer of various causes. It can reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the wound healing time and lessen the formation of scars. It is easy and simple to apply with no infection and no pain and is worthy to be popularized.
