摘要
严重烧伤晚期，残余创面反复溃玻、久治不愈，进而形成溃疡创面，采用多种抗菌药物及植皮手术难以治愈。本文报告了应用MEBT治疗22例烧伤溃疡创面，疗效满意。并对烧伤溃疡创面的发病，药物的抗感染作用，改善创面局部血供，促进创面愈合等方面作以探讨。
Residual wounds repeatedly ulcerated at the laterstage of severe burn were very difficult to heal, evenskin grafting and various antibacterial drugs had beenapplied.This paper reports 22 cases of ulcerated burnwounds refractory to various antibacterials treatedwith MEBT. The results were very satisfactory. A dis-cussion on the pathogenesis of ulcerated burrwounds, and on the antiinfective, local blood circula-tion improving and wound healing promoting effects ofMEBO was made.
