摘要
综述了近年来膨胀型阻燃剂的合成研究进展,并对膨胀型阻燃剂在挠性覆铜板中的应用前景进行了展望。膨胀型阻燃剂集酸源、碳源、气源于一体,具有独特的阻燃机理,即使低的添加量也可达到良好的阻燃效果,具有热稳定性和耐候性好、低烟、低毒等特点,是无卤阻燃技术领域的一个重要发展方向。
Intumescent flame retardants（IFR） are widely used as halogen-free additives due to their high thermal stability,weatherability and better flame retardance,low smoke,low toxicity in low addition.The source of acid,blowing agent and char forming agent are integrated in one structure of IFR.The synthesis of IFR was reviewed,and the potential application of IFR in flexible copper clad laminate was also stated.
