摘要
以自制的磷腈阻燃剂与氢氧化铝复配协效阻燃苯并噁嗪树脂,制备出了一种不含锑、铅、汞、镉、六价铬和卤素的环境友好型无卤阻燃玻璃布层压板,研究了阻燃剂对板材性能的影响,确定了复配阻燃剂的最佳配比。结果表明:当磷腈阻燃剂的质量分数为5%、氢氧化铝的质量分数为10%时,层压板阻燃性可达到UL-94V-0级,平行层向击穿电压可达到46 kV,热态弯曲强度达到474 MPa。
An environment-friendly halogen-free flame-retardant glass cloth laminate without stibium,lead,mercury,cadmium and hexavalent chromium was prepared by synergistic combination of self-made phosphazene retardant,aluminum hydroxide and benzoxazine resin.The Effects of flame retardant on the properties of laminate were investigated,and then the optimized formulation of complex flame-retardant was determined.Results show that the flame retardancy of the laminate can reach UL-94 V-0 level,the breakdown voltage 46 kV and the hot flexural strength 474 MPa when the content of phosphazene retardant and aluminum hydroxide in the resin is 5% and 10% respectively.
