摘要
分别采用氧指数(LOI)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、热失重分析(TG)、IR光谱分析等方法研究了聚合度(DP)分布在20~120区间的芳香族聚磷酸酯(PPP)对环氧树脂(E-44)固化物阻燃作用的变化规律。结果表明,DP为43~55之间的PPP阻燃作用最佳。原因是DP为43~55的PPP可较大程度地改变环氧树脂固化物热氧降解反应历程,因而其LOI数值大,该结论亦被IR光谱热示踪所支持。其研究结果可为PPP的合成与应用提供参考。
By limiting oxygen index( LOI ), heating analysis(TG, DSC) and IR spectrograph, the relationship between the polymer degree( DP ) of polyphenyl phosphates(PPP) and the flame retardancy over epoxy resin(E 44) was studied. The experimental results show that in the range from 20 to 120 of the polymer degree( DP ), the PPP of 43 ̄55 ( DP ) possess better flame retardancy because they change thermal oxygen degradation mechanism of epoxy resin greater than other polyphenyl phosphates(PPP) of polymer degree.
