摘要
目前,许多企业中知识型员工流动率较高,成为企业利润的无形杀手。为此,企业管理人员必须树立正确的成本意识,科学计算知识型员工流动成本,在员工流动过程中的各个阶段,分别采取有针对性的措施,加强对知识型员工流动成本的预防和控制,从而有效降低知识型员工流动给企业带来的损失。
Now, high employee turnover rate brings to more and more notable impacts on many enterprises. In this paper, the writer analyzes the composition of knowledge employee turnover cost according to two different types, then points out managements must have correct risks consciousness and take some effective measures to prevent and control turnover cost of knowledge employees in each stage of the employee turnover process.
