摘要
对某国产超临界600MW汽轮发电机组的检修中,仅将2号低压缸进行了揭缸检查。修后启动中低压缸和发电机转子轴振动远大于修前,并超过报警值。振动分析表明,因机组轴系中心变化引起轴承载荷分配不一致导致了振动,并伴有碰磨故障。为了节省停机处理的时间,需在消除碰磨点后,通过现场全息动平衡方法将各瓦轴振动降至合格。
After opening the No.2 low-pressure cylinder for overhauling a 600 MW supercritical unit,the vibrations of the cylinder and generator exceeded the values before overhauling and the alarm threshold value. The data analysis shows that the change of bearing-load distribution due to adjusting alignment is the main reason resulting in serious vibrations. In order to saving the repair time,the field holo-balancing is used for damping the vibrations of all bearings to standard limits.
