亚临界600MW机组高压缸径向位移分析及处理

摘要 某国产亚临界600MW机组由于高压缸径向位移导致振动异常和轴封漏汽。结合振动分析和大修检查情况,判断高压缸径向位移是由于高压缸H形定中心梁安装工艺偏差所致。在大修中加强对机组汽缸H形定中心梁的检查,并严格按照装配工艺要求重新安装H形定中心梁,大修后机组运行状态良好。 The radial displacement of high-pressure cylinder on a homemade subcritical 600 MW unit led to abnormal vibration and leakage of shaft seal. Through vibration analysis and overhauling check, the reason of the radial displacement was identified to be the deviation from the assembling procedure of H-shape centering girder on high-pressure cylinder. After overhauling in which the H-shape centering girder was checked emphatically and reinstalled strictly according to the assembling procedure, the operation of unit is in good condition.
