摘要
针对某台600MW汽轮发电机组定速3000r/min后出现的不稳定振动进行分析诊断,确定造成不稳定振动的原因是低压轴端汽封动静碰摩,轴瓦支撑刚度低,密封瓦碰摩,滑环轴存在不平衡质量及碳刷碰摩等,采取了提高发电机密封油油温,滑环轴热态动平衡等处理措施,消除了不稳定振动。
To diagnose the unsteady vibration occurred on a 600MW unit,after fixed speed 3000r/min.It's found out that the cause of the unsteady vibration of the turbine is impact-rubbing between the gland seal of LP shaft and rotating shaft,low support dynamic stiffness of bearing,impact-rubbing of sealing pad,unbalance of slip ring shaft,and impact-rubbing of carbon brush etc.By increasing the tempreture of sealing oil of generator,thermal dynamic balance of slip ring shaft etc.the unsteady vibration of the turbine is eliminated.
