摘要
从低速走丝电火花线切割机走丝控制系统的要求出发,进行走丝机构的方案设计和结构设计,借助多柔体动力学软件RecurDyn对走丝系统柔性体结构间的接触和非线性变形进行仿真和分析,计算出各走丝轮轴的支反力和各关键点的张力,改进了相应结构,有效改善走丝机构的动态性能,确保走丝机构工作的稳健性,提高了整机的精度。
This paper considers the scheme design and structure design of wire the drive based on the controlling system of WEDM-LS. Using the software Recurdyn, the contact among flexsible bodies and nolinear deformation of the wire drive system is simulated the wire drive mechanism is, dynamically animated and the dynamical force on each wire drive wheel axis and the tension on each key point are calculated. It improved the structure and dynamics propertie of wire drive mechanism, ensured the working robustness and increased the precision of the machine.
