摘要
利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS模拟电极丝振动,比较理论计算与ANSYS模拟的误差仅为0.03%。数值分析发现电极丝张力对频率有较大的影响;调节上下导轮间的电极丝的跨度可以改变其频率;工件的作用能够改变电极丝原有的模态振型,从而为抑制电极丝的振动提供理论依据。
Simulated the wire vibration using the popular large - scale finite element analysis software ANSYS, which has few error. Wire electrode tension has considerable influence to frequency by numerical analysis, adjusting the wire electrode span can change its frequency and acted workpiece changed the mode of vibration , so offered the base of a theory for reducing the wire vibration.
