摘要
低速走丝电火花线切割机走丝系统是否能稳定运行,直接影响着加工精度和加工表面质量。为了提高走丝系统的性能,设计了一种新型的恒张力走丝系统。设计方案采用DSPTMS320LF2407A作为整个走丝系统的控制器,用直流伺服电机控制电极丝的张力,用角度传感器测量电极丝张力的变化。实验结果表明,新型走丝系统实现了电极丝的恒张力控制。在电极丝的张力约为68 g时,该系统的稳态误差不超过4%。
Whether the wire winding system of LSWEDM (low speed wire electrical discharge machine) can run stably directly affects the machining accuracy and machining surface quality. In order to realize constant wire tension control, a new-style wire winding system is designed, which adopts DSP TMS320LF2407A as the controller of entire wire winding system, uses DC servo motor to control the wire tension and uses angle sensor to measure the change of the wire tension. Experimental results show that the wire winding system can realize constant wire tension control, When the wire tension is set approximate 68 gram, the steady-state error can be controlled within 4 %.
