摘要
通过对立式压滤机组成和工作原理的分析,确定了6个工艺过程。将压滤机的控制系统划分成闭合压滤机、进料、过滤、隔膜挤压、进料管吹洗、风干、压力完全释放、打开压滤机和卸饼9个控制步骤,以PLC为控制系统核心,使用现场总线PROFIBUS-DP控制方案,采用模块化程序设计,开发了全自动压滤机的控制系统,通过组态软件的模拟验证了程序的正确性。
Through analysis the composition and operating principle of vertical filter control system of vertical filter press was divided into nine control processes, including press, set up six processings. The closed filter press, feeding material, filtering, diaphragm squeezing, purging of feed pipe, air dry, releasing pressure, opening filter press and unloading fitter cake. Taking PLC as the key center of control system, adopted worksite bus PROFIBUS-DP control plan, modularization program design and developed the control system of full automatic filter press. The correctness of program was proved by configuration software simulation experiment.
