摘要
为满足《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置混合填埋泥质》(CJ/T 249—2007)中对填埋污泥含水率的基本要求,无锡市芦村污水处理厂四期污泥深度脱水采用隔膜式板框压滤机作为核心脱水设备,配合污泥的化学调理,可将出泥含水率控制在60%以下。介绍了隔膜式板框压滤机的工作原理和关键参数,并详细阐述了隔膜式板框压滤机的工作流程(进料过滤—反吹—隔膜压榨—拉板卸料—水洗)及运行费用。
To meet the requirements on water ratio in buried sludge in The disposal of sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant (CJ/T 249--2007), the diaphragm type plate and frame filter press was used as the key dewatering equipment for sludge dewatering in the forth engineering of Lucun wastewater treatment plant in Wuxi city. Using the chemical adjustment of sludge, this equipment could control the water ratio of produced sludge under 60%. This paper introduced the principles and key parameters of the diaphragm type plate and frame filter press and described the working process of the diaphragm type plate and frame filter press (filter-reverse blowing-diaphragm pressing-discharge-water back-washing) in details and operation costs.
