摘要
全自动自清洗管道过滤器能有效清除水中的颗粒杂质,提高循环水水质,但其在实际运用中还存在一些问题,会对供水系统的安全运行造成不利影响。对应用在高炉循环水系统的全自动管道过滤器在生产运行中存在的滤网变形、积垢等问题进行初步分析,并制定出相应的解决措施。
The automatic serf-cleaning pipeline filters can effectively remove particle impurities from water and improve circulation water quality. However. in the practical application, there are still some problems to affect the operation safety of the water supply system adversely. The problems such as strainer deformation, scaling and so on in the operation of the automatic serf-cleaning pipeline fihers in the circulation water system of blast furnace are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions are developed.
