摘要
压力损失是过滤器最重要的性能指标之一,它标志着过滤器对流体流动的阻碍程度。当压力损失超过一定范围,会引起过滤器工作状态的明显恶化。为此,结合理论分析与实验的方法,推导出清洁流体流过金属橡胶过滤介质时的压力损失表达式。研究表明该表达式准确地反映出金属橡胶过滤介质压力损失的影响因素及其相互关系,为设计和优化金属橡胶过滤器提供可靠的理论依据。
As one of the most important characteristic of filter, pressure drop indicates the liquid block of filter. It even can result in filter condition deterioration when exceeds a certain level. In this study, the formula of pressure drop produced when clean water flow through the metal rubber medium was deduced by theoretical and experiment analysis. The formula exactly reflects factors effect on the metal rubber filtering pressure drop, providing reliable foundation for metal rubber filter design and optimization.
