综述了我国钢轨全长热处理技术的发展情况。分析了轨钢碳含量对连续冷却转变曲线、组织、性能的影响。介绍了生产线的流程、装备的特点及钢轨全长热处理技术的应用。
It summarizes the situation of the development of the whole rail heat-treatment technology and analyzes the effect of content of carbon contained in rail steel on continuous cooling transforming curve, organization and performance. It also introduces the technological process of production line, characteristics of the equipment and the application of the whole rail heat-treatment technology.
