摘要
论述国内外轨钢研究及进展,重点介绍了俄罗斯、日本、欧洲及美国等国普通轨、合金轨、热处理轨钢的化学成分、机械性能以及轨钢研究的最新动向,如日本研制的过共析珠光体轨钢、英国研制的马氏体轨钢、欧美等研制的贝氏体轨钢;介绍国内轨钢的研究和使用情况,如含V,含Nb,RE的微合金轨钢(PD3,BNbRE),提出含Cr专用热处理轨钢、高纯净性的高速铁路用轨钢和重载铁路用超高强度贝氏体轨钢等是我国今后轨钢的研究发展方向。
The research and development of rail steels in Russia, Japan, Europe, America and China were reviewed. The hypereutectoid rail steel of Japan, the martensite rail steel of Briton, the bainite rail steel of Europe and America, and the microalloyed rail steel with V, Nb, and RE as additive of China are discussed in particular. The paper concludes that the special steel for heat treatment, hyper purity steel for highspeed railway and hyper high strength bainite steel used in heavy haul railway are the trend of development of research on rail steel in China.
