摘要
利用Ｆｏｒｍａｓｔｏｒ－Ｄｉｇｉｔａｌ全自动相变仪测定了Ｕ７１Ｍｎ钢的ＣＣＴ曲线，对ＣＣＴ曲线中Ａ→Ｐ区进行了全面研究，建立了连续冷却速度Ｖ和珠光体片层间距Ｓｐ、硬度ＨＶ之间的线性回归方程，为指导Ｕ７１Ｍｎ钢轨的强化工艺提供了可靠的理论依据。
The CCT diagram of U71Mn steel was measured by means of Formastor-Digital fullautomatic Phase-transformation testing instrument Based on the studies of A→P transformation,the Linear regression equation of the pearlite interlaminar spacing S_p, hardness HV and cooling rate V was obtaind, which provides reliable theoretical basis for the heat treatment of U71Mn steel.
