摘要
目的探讨中药草苁蓉提取物对AD模型大鼠学习记忆能力及神经元凋亡的影响。方法将60只健康SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和中药高、中、低剂量组。采用Aβ1-40建立AD模型,中药组予以草苁蓉提取物按高、中、低3种不同剂量灌胃治疗,治疗结束后测定其学习记忆能力和神经元凋亡百分比。结果中药组大鼠学习记忆能力高于模型组(P<0.01),而神经元凋亡百分比低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论中药草苁蓉提取物可有效改善AD大鼠学习记忆障碍,减少胆碱能神经元凋亡,从而起到治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the influence of Boschniakia rossica extract on learning, memory and neuronal apoptosis in AD model rats. Methods 60 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, sham group, the model group and the group of traditional Chinese medicine with high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose. To establish the AD model by Aβ1-40, give the traditional Chinese medicine groups were administered three different treatment doses of Boschniakia rossica extract : high, medium and low dose. After the treatment, rats learning,memory capability and the percentage of neuronal apoptosis were tested. Results The learning and memory capability in the group of traditional Chinese medicine rats is better than in the model group (P 〈 0.01 ), while the hippocampus and cortex parts neuronal apoptosis percentage is lower than the model group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The herb Boschniakia rossica extract to AD rats can effectively improve learning and memory obstacle,inhibit the cholinergic neuronal apoptosis.
