摘要
目的:探讨草苁蓉多糖的结构与功能的关系,填补草苁蓉成分研究的空白。方法:采用化学分析与气相色谱、质谱联机等仪器分析相结合的方法,对草苁蓉碱提多糖进行提取、组成和结构的研究。结果:草苁蓉经碱提取后,得到总糖含量分别为76.4%与54.8%的粗多糖 CP Ⅰ、CPⅡ;CP Ⅰ、CPⅡ的化学组成(摩尔比)分别为岩藻糖-葡萄糖-半乳糖-阿拉伯糖(3.09∶6.96∶4.58∶1)和岩藻糖-葡萄糖(1∶1.27)。结论:草苁蓉碱提多糖是岩藻糖、葡萄糖以1→2糖苷键相连,在葡萄糖-6位、岩藻糖-4位有分支点的多分枝结构。
Objective:Discussing the relationship between the structure and the function of the Boschniakia rossica polysaccharide, filling the blanks of composer research of Boschniakia rossica. Method: Adopting to the method of the combination of chemical analysis and the GC as well as the GC - MS analysis, making the research to the the constituents and structure of the Boschniakia rossica polysaccharide. Results:The polysaccharide CPⅠ and CP Ⅱ containing polysaccaride 76. 4% and 54. 8% had been extracted with alkaline from Boschniakia rossica, their sugar component and molar ratio were Fuc -Glc -Gal- Ara( 3.09: 6. 96: 4. 58:1 ), Fuc -Glc( 1:1.27 )in turn. Conclusion:The Boschniakia rossica polysaccharide extracted with alkailine have many branches. The main chain composed of two Glc and two Fuc of (1→2) linked sugars residues attached to Glc - 6 and Fuc - 4.
