摘要
[目的 ]探讨草苁蓉提取物对柯萨奇B3病毒感染的大鼠心肌细胞的抗氧化作用 .[方法 ]取新生SD大鼠的乳鼠心室肌制备搏动心肌细胞 ,培养 4 8h后接种 10 3TCID5 0柯萨奇B3病毒做为实验性病毒性心肌炎模型 .[结果 ]草苁蓉提取物明显减轻感染柯萨奇B3病毒的心肌细胞病变 ,使细胞搏动增强 ,明显降低心肌细胞内的丙二醛含量 ,显著升高超氧化物歧化酶活性 .[结论 ]草苁蓉提取物对感染柯萨奇B3病毒的SD大鼠培养心肌细胞具有显著的抗氧化作用 .
OBJECTIVE?To study the anti-oxidation effects of the Boschniakia rossica Fedtsch on cultured rats myocardial cells infected with coxsackie virus B 3 (CVB 3).?METHODS? Myocardial cells were obtained from newborn Sparaque-Dawley (SD) rats, which were treated as VMC models after incubating for 48?h followed by inoculation with 10 3TCID50 of B 3 virus.?RESULTS?The Boschniakia rossica Fedtsch could alleviate the pathological changes of myocardial cells infected with CVB 3 and strengthen the cells beating. And then, it reduced the contents of MDA in the cells and improved the activity of SOD considerably.?CONCLUSION?The Boschniakia rossica Fedtsch have good effects of anti-oxidation myocardial cells infected with CVB 3.
