摘要
对化学池沉积方法（ＣＢＤ）制备的ＣｄＳ多晶薄膜的电导率测试，发现电导率－温度关系的异常现象，在室温附近，电导率随温度增加的变化逐渐变慢，出现异常；温度继续升高则恢复正常．本文就此异常现象和测试结果对ＣｄＳ多晶薄膜性能的影响进行了讨论．
The conductivity of CdS polycrystalline films prepared by chemical bath deposition (CBD) is measured and the abnormal phenomenon of the dark conductivity vs the temperature is discovered. The increasing of the dark conductivity is abnormal in room temperature and returns normal with the following arising of the temperature. The effects on the properties of CdS films have been discussed by the abnormal phenomenon and measurment results in this paper.
