摘要
目的探讨心理干预对新护士技能操作时紧张情绪的缓解效果,以提高新护士的技能操作水平,更好地服务于临床。方法将100名新毕业护士随机分为实验组和对照组,对实验组中的紧张、焦虑、强迫症状及自卑者分别运用认知行为干预法和松弛、支持疗法等进行干预。结果实验组新护士的护理技能操作成绩明显高于对照组;实验组新护士干预后的护理技能操作成绩明显高于干预前。结论适当干预能缓解新护士紧张心理,从而有效提高其技能操作水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of psychological intervention on easing the tension as new nurses operating, and then to improve the new nurses' technical operating level through this method, further more, to enhance the quality of clinical services. Methods 100 new nurses were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, each group 50 people. The new nurses had tension, anxiety, low self-esteem and obsessive-compulsive symptoms in the experimental group, and were separately treated by the cognitive behavioral intervention therapy and relaxation and support therapy. Results The technical operating score of new nurses in the experimental group was significantly higher than control group and before imervention. Conclusions Proper psyehological intervention can alleviate the tension of new nurses in technical operating, and also can enhanee the level of technical operating.
