摘要
目的:探讨合同制新护士规范化培训方法和效果及影响因素。方法:对2005年-2009年8月录用的76名合同制新护士随机分成研究组和对照组(每组均为38人),研究组接受规范化培训方法,对照组按我院传统方法进行培训;并采用统一的调查表开展问卷调查,对两组护士的考试成绩、一次性通过率及满意度进行比较。结果:研究组护士理论考试、实践操作考试、岗前教育考试、服务理念教育考试、一次性考试通过率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对培训内容、培训计划、理论知识、实践操作、指导老师、上岗前心理准备的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。考前复习时间偏少、对规范化培训考试重视不够、家人支持程度、奖金待遇等是影响规范化培训的主要因素。结论:规范化培训调动了新护士工作积极性,提高了他们的理论知识和实践操作能力,增加考前复习时间、提高个人对规范化培训重视程度、取得家人的支持是提高规范化培训考核合格率的关键。
Objective：Nurses to explore the new contract system and effects of standardized training methods and influencing factors.Methods：For 2005-August 2009 contract system recruited 76 new nurses were randomly divided into experimental group and control group（each group were 38 persons）,experimental group received standardized training methods in the control group according to traditional methods of training in our hospital;and a uniform questionnaire conducted a questionnaire survey of nurses on the two test scores,a one-time pass rate and satisfaction were compared.Results： Experimental group,nurses,theory test,practical operation test,pre-service education,examinations,Educational Testing Service concept,one-time exam pass rates were significantly higher（P0.05）;right training content,training programs,theoretical knowledge,practical operation,guidance teachers,prepared pre-service satisfaction were higher（P0.05）.Readiness Review time,too few,inadequate attention to the standardization of training and examinations,family level of support,bonus treatment is the main factor affecting the standardized training.Conclusions： standardized training of new nurses to mobilize the enthusiasm to improve their theoretical knowledge and practical operational capability to increase the exam review time and improve the individual＇s emphasis on standardized training,the degree of access to family support is to improve the standardization of training,examination pass rate of the key.
