摘要
目的 :研究地奥心血康 (DAXXK)对实验性血栓形成的影响。方法 :制作了小鼠肺栓塞模型 ,大鼠动脉血栓形成模型和动 -静脉旁路血栓形成模型 ,观察了 DAXXK30 ,10 0 ,30 0 mg/kg3种剂量下的作用。结果 :DAXXK能降低肺栓塞小鼠死亡率 ,延长大鼠动脉血栓形成时间 ,减轻大鼠动 -静脉旁路血栓重量。结论
Objective: To research on the effect of DAXXK on thrombosis. Methods:Models of pulmonary embolism in mouse, artery thrombosis and artery-venous thrombosis in rats were established to observe the effect of DAXXK.Results: DAXXK could reduce lethality of pulmonary embolism, prolong artery thrombosis time and lighten weight of artery-venous thrombosis. Conclusion: DAXXK can inhibit thrombosis effectively.
